These terms govern use of Attrados Publisher (the "dashboard"), a self-hosted content scheduling tool operated by Attrados ("we"). By connecting a TikTok account to the dashboard you agree to them.
Who may use it
The dashboard is operated for accounts Attrados runs or is authorized to run. You must be at least 18 and must only connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
Your content and your responsibility
You remain the publisher of everything you post. You are responsible for having the rights to the video, audio and captions you submit, for the audience and permissions you select, and for declaring commercial content truthfully. Content published through the dashboard must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, Music Usage Confirmation and, where applicable, the Branded Content Policy.
What the dashboard does
It publishes a video to the TikTok account you selected, with exactly the privacy level, interaction settings and commercial disclosures you chose in the composer, and only when you submit the post. It does not add watermarks, alter your video, or post on its own.
TikTok's role
Publishing depends on TikTok's APIs. TikTok may process, delay, restrict or remove content under its own policies, and we have no control over those decisions. The dashboard is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
Access and termination
You may disconnect an account at any time from the dashboard or from TikTok's app-permission settings. We may suspend access to protect the service or if these terms are breached.
Disclaimer and liability
The dashboard is provided as-is, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Attrados is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, including loss of reach, revenue or account standing on TikTok.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always at this URL with its date.
